Welcome to Audio Realm. By accessing or using our mobile application, cross-platform storefront, website, and synchronized real-time listening spaces (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Account Integrity and Behavior Moderation
Account Abuse: Abuse, harassment, or malicious activity targeted at other users or platform nodes will not be tolerated.
The Room Admin Hub: Virtual rooms are moderated environments. Room creators hold administrative control via an integrated in-room hub. Room creators maintain the absolute right to instantly evict or ban participants from their localized sessions.
Developer Termination Rights: As the developer and platform owner, Audio Realm reserves the authoritative right to suspend, lock, or permanently terminate any user account without notice upon receiving reports of behavioral abuse or finding technical system exploitation.
2. Intellectual Property and Security Barriers
Ownership of Code: The system infrastructure, layout interfaces, multi-tenant synchronization logic, design properties, and branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Audio Realm.
Prohibition Against Theft: You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, scraping, hacking, or attempting to extract the underlying source files, environment variables, or compiled binary data of the Service.
3. Limited Liability and Service Delivery
Provided "As-Is": While we make every functional effort to ensure high-performance, real-time media synchronization and WebRTC connection stability, the Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Exclusion of Blame: You agree not to hold Audio Realm or its developer legally or financially responsible for audio drift, local playback glitches, temporary server downtime, database interruptions, or localized network packet drops.
4. Public Domain Catalog and Streaming Licenses
Audio Realm Curated Editions: The digital storefront catalog offers curated editions of public domain literary works. While the core public domain audio tracks remain legally uncopyrighted, the original accompanying metadata, custom chapter manifests, modified timing configurations, and distinct graphic cover artwork constitute proprietary adaptations belonging exclusively to Audio Realm.
Restricted Application Use: Purchasing an item from the storefront grants you a non-transferable, revocable, personal license to listen to that specific curated edition strictly within the official Audio Realm application environment. You hold no right to extract, copy, duplicate, redistribute, or commercially exploit any audio content or layout wrappers from our streaming channels.
